Embraer, the world’s third-largest aircraft maker, is forecasting growth in both aircraft deliveries and revenue for 2024. However, the company acknowledges ongoing challenges within the global supply chain.
Embraer anticipates delivering between 125 and 135 executive jets in 2024, an increase from the 115 delivered in 2023. The commercial aviation segment is also expected to see growth, with deliveries projected to reach between 72 and 80 aircraft, up from 64 in the previous year.
The company predicts a year-over-year increase in consolidated revenue of up to 21.5%, reaching a range of $6.0 billion to $6.4 billion. This compares favorably to 2023’s revenue of $5.27 billion, which fell within the previously estimated range of $5.2 billion to $5.7 billion.
Despite the positive outlook, Embraer highlights ongoing supply chain issues that negatively impacted the company’s 2023 results. These challenges are expected to persist in at least the near term.
