In a surprising turn of events, Textron Aviation has announced that it will be participating in the 2024 NBAA-BACE convention after previously opting out. The company’s decision comes in response to feedback from its customers.

While Textron Aviation will not have a presence on the convention floor, it will be showcasing its latest products at a static display at Henderson Executive Airport. Visitors can expect to see the Citation Longitude, Latitude, CJ4 Gen 2, and M2 Gen2, as well as mockups of the Ascend and CJ3 Gen 2.

Textron Aviation’s decision to participate in NBAA-BACE marks a shift from its previous stance, which was influenced by an ongoing strike involving 5,000 of its workers. The company had initially announced that it would not be exhibiting at the show due to its focus on maintaining business operations during the strike.

However, the positive feedback from customers prompted Textron Aviation to reconsider its decision. The company believes that its presence at NBAA-BACE will provide an opportunity to showcase its new product investments to the aviation community.
